We collect the account information you provide when you sign up (such as your email address) and the event and financial data you enter into the platform, including revenue assumptions, expense line items, scenarios, contacts, and recorded actual results.
2. How we use information
We use your data to operate the service: to run forecasts, store your events, provide support, process subscription billing, and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Data isolation
Your event financial data is scoped to your account. Access is enforced at the database layer so other customers cannot read your records.
4. Processors
We rely on third-party providers to operate the service: Lovable Cloud (application hosting), Supabase (database and authentication), and Stripe (subscription billing). Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
5. Retention and deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us, and we will action the request within 30 days.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, an export of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you. Email the address below and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may escalate to your local data protection authority.
