Refund Policy

Subscriptions

Profit/AI subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All subscription payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops all future renewals, and you will continue to have access to the paid features until the end of your current paid period.

One-time purchases

One-time report unlocks and other one-time purchases are non-refundable once the report or deliverable has been generated or the service has been used.
