Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Profit/AI you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.
2. The service
Profit/AI provides financial modeling and forecasting tools for events. Outputs are estimates derived from the assumptions you enter — they are not guarantees of financial outcomes and are not financial, legal, or accounting advice.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. Payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods; cancelling stops all future renewals.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to breach security or access other customers' data, no automated abuse of rate-limited features, and no resale of the service without written permission.
6. Your data
You retain ownership of the event and financial data you enter. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process it in order to operate the service.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Forecasts are estimates based on the assumptions you supply and may differ materially from actual results; you are responsible for your own financial decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms or discontinue features; material changes will be communicated. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
